Step into the world of therapeutic sound with this immersive Sound Healing Foundations training. Designed as a comprehensive introduction, this Level One certification equips you with the core knowledge and practical skills to begin your journey as a sound healing practitioner. This foundational course is suitable for wellness practitioners, yoga teachers, therapists, or anyone called to explore the healing potential of sound in a structured and supportive environment.
What You Will Learn
- The Fundamentals of Sound Frequency
- Understand how vibration, resonance, and frequency affect the human body, mind, and energy field.
- Musical Intervals & Energetic Effects
- Explore how different tones and intervals evoke healing responses—balancing the nervous system and supporting emotional release.
- Instrument Integration Techniques
Session Creation & Protocols
Gain essential skills to design safe and effective sessions for individuals and small groups. Learn the art of space setting, intuitive flow, and basic energetic care.
Practitioner Ethics & Client Care
Develop awareness around boundaries, presence, and creating a trauma-informed, respectful container.
Learn to play and combine foundational healing instruments including:
- Frame Drums
- Tibetan Singing Bowls (will be available for sale during the training)
- Rainsticks
- Chimes
- Voice (toning and vocal presence)
- Feel free to bring along any other instruments you may have, advice and guidance will be provided
Certification: Upon completion of the training, you will be awarded a Practitioner’s Certificate in Sound Healing Foundations – Level One, provided participants completed 14 hours of in-class training and 2 hours of guided practicum, where you will conduct short sound healing sessions under supervision.
Pre-requisite: Recommended to have some exposure/experience playing singing bowls and/or instruments.
