Developed by renowned Korean teacher Sei Kim, this style employs techniques that blend principles from physiotherapy and Pilates to deliver a deeply therapeutic experience. Each class follows a systematic progression to enhance your physical well-being: releasing muscle adhesions and joint stiffness; retraining and maintaining range of motion and mobility; and finally, strengthening and conditioning—all through the foundational practices of yoga.
As one of the first studios in Singapore to offer PreMed Yoga, we’re proud to feature the pioneer group of Singaporean yoga teachers, specially trained in Korea under Sei Kim’s guidance. This class also provides a rare opportunity to experience the MYRing—a Korean-made yoga ring designed to release tightness in the body, support postural alignment and increase mobility.
