In celebration of International Day of Yoga, this special class series is our way of giving back to the community and inviting more people to experience the healing joy of yoga.
Join us for a gentle and grounding 45-minute session that blends Sun Salutations with accessible stretch-based movement, designed to ease tension and uplift your energy.
Expect a nourishing experience suitable for all levels — even if you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time. Props and modifications will be offered throughout.
Classes are free, but online reservation is required. Limited to 8–12 students per class.
