Whether you’re training for your first HYROX race or pushing toward a new personal best, recovery is key to sustaining performance, preventing injury, and improving movement quality.


This 8-session programme is designed specifically for HYROX athletes and functional fitness enthusiasts. Combining yoga-based mobility, performance breathwork, and structured recovery sequences, each 60-minute class targets the muscle groups, joints, and nervous system components most affected by HYROX training.

Each session includes:
15 minutes of performance-boosting breathwork
35 minutes of movement-based conditioning and mobility
10 minutes of targeted release and deep stretch work

Every session follows a fixed structure with a different physical focus — hips, shoulders, core, running stride, grip, and more — allowing the body to recover systematically while staying primed for training.
