About Loh Wei
Loh Wei is a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher years of experience guiding diverse individuals and groups in mindfulness practice. His work is founded on a simple but profound understanding: that true resilience is cultivated from within.
His approach is practical, trauma-sensitive, and grounded in evidence-based techniques. Attuned to individual needs, he honours each person's unique path. Rather than prescribing one-size-fits-all solutions, he cares deeply about creating a supportive space for reflection and discovery—one that helps participants relate to themselves and their challenges with greater compassion and awareness.
