Myofascial Massage & Sound Bath

A recovery class designed to support your body's natural healing process through self-care and vibration. Begin with guided myofascial release — a gentle technique that applies sustained pressure to release tension in tired and achey muscles. Using accessible tools like massage balls, yoga rings, and blocks, you'll deploy simple yet effective ways to ease tightness in common problem areas including the shoulders, neck, and lower back.

After releasing what no longer serves your body, settle into your favourite resting position as healing sound waves wash over you. Through singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments, the sound bath guides your nervous system into deep relaxation, allowing the body to integrate the release work and restore balance. 

Leave feeling lighter, softer, and renewed—like you've given your body the reset it's been asking for.
