Join us for an in-depth weekend of learning, movement, and embodied exploration through the lens of PreMed Yoga, a therapeutic approach that bridges modern anatomical understanding with mindful mobility and self-release techniques.
This 20-hour immersion introduces participants to the foundational principles of PreMed Therapy Yoga, equipping you with practical skills to assess, identify, and address physical tension patterns in the body. Through the use of targeted movement, conscious breathing, and tools like the MYRing, you will learn how to release adhesions, restore joint space, and return the body to functional balance.
