Starter Series: Yoga Basics
Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to rebuild their foundations, this 5-week series introduces you to the essential postures and principles of yoga in a safe and supportive environment.
Led by YOPA Yoga Founder, Brandon, each 90-minute session will focus on alignment, breath, and building confidence in your practice. Across the weeks, you’ll explore:
Week 1: Sun Salutations
Weeks 2–3: Standing Postures I & II
Week 4: Prone, Seated & Supine Postures
Week 5: Full practice & final questions
By the end of the course, you’ll have the tools to join any yoga class with ease, awareness, and confidence.
